Frequently asked questions
Your questions, clearly answered

Find quick, helpful info about how our platform supports daily health habits, rewards, and progress. If you’re curious, you’re in the right place.

How do daily incentives work?

Users check in to log healthy behaviors each day, earning small monetary rewards for every completed habit — making progress feel easy and motivating.

What habits can I track?

Invyta can track medication use, mindfulness exercises, and daily movement. Over time, users will be able to earn rewards for preventive care such as annual checkups and screenings.

Do I need any devices or wearables?

No extra devices required! Our platform works with HealthKit on both Apple and Android phones to track steps automatically, without any complicated setup or equipment.

What is the Advocates feature?

Invyta is unique in offering an Advocates feature that allows users to invite friends and family to view their daily progress and support them on their health journey.

To invite advocates, users simply select the “Advocates” icon at the bottom of the screen in the app, and enter the information for up to 3 people. It’s that easy!

Who pays for the program?

Rewards are funded by insurers, employers, or public health programs. There’s no out-of-pocket cost for users.

How/when do I receive my rewards?

Invyta pays rewards via ACH bank transfer through Mercury Bank. Payouts are issued quarterly (once every three months). To reduce processing overhead and keep payouts efficient, we only send ACH transfers when a user’s payable balance is $20 or more at the end of a quarter. If their balance is under $20, it will roll over automatically and be included in the next quarterly payout once they reach the minimum.

To receive an ACH payout, users are asked to provide the bank details needed for a transfer (typically name, bank routing number, and account number, or they may be guided through a secure recipient setup flow). If an ACH transfer fails (for example, due to incorrect bank details or a closed account), the payout may be delayed until updated information is provided. Invyta may place holds or deny payouts in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse of the program.

Users can always view their current earned balance in the app. Balances shown are tracked continuously, and payouts are processed after each quarter closes.
