Invyta  (“Invyta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Invyta consumer wellness application (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our websites, applications, and services. Invyta is a consumer-facing wellness application operated by Vytatek, Inc. Some features described in this Privacy Policy may not be available at all stages of the Service. III. ACCOUNT DELETION

V. YOUR RIGHTS
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Administrative or service-related messages may still be sent.

The Service may link to third-party sites or integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

VII. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
